North Coast Junior Tour

In consideration of NCJT providing tournaments, events and services to members and non-members, participation in NCJT, Ltd. (NCJT) tournaments, events or its GHIN program at anytime: 1) the participant and the parent/guardian hereby release NCJT, its sponsors and host facilities/golf courses and all of each organization’s respective officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and volunteers from any and all liability associated either with acts or omissions of such parties, or with accidents or injuries sustained by the NCJT participants or their parent/guardian in connection with NCJT tournaments, events or services; 2) All participants in NCJT tournaments, events or services, grant and assign his or her individual media/photo rights, without exception to NCJT sponsors and to the NCJT.
